This week we want to challenge you to increase your confidence. It is a hard game because you need to rethink the way you view yourself. We can all be our own worst critics. The Mirror Challenge is exactly that, a challenge of your view of you. We want you to stand in front of the mirror and pick out ten things that you see wrong with yourself, this will only take a moment at first.
After you have found 10 things pick out 15 good things that you see. Picking out the good things will take twice as long the first few times you try this exercise. Do this every Monday and watch your progress on your journey to the Tipping Point of complete confidence.
