I saw the above picture on the Ellie sportswear Facebook page and I loved the message. We all get stressed and have different methods of dealing, both good and bad. Some take a drink, some eat, some do drugs. On the positive side, some meditate, do yoga or exercise. While stress seems to invade our lives more and more, we need to find positive ways to deal with things that do not involve put our heads in the pantry or looking for solutions at the bottom of the glass (I am not one who starves in stressful times, I am much more likely to search for the cheese or chips). Instead, get your shoes on and go for a walk, take deep breaths and appreciate the world around you. Find something to smile, if not laugh at and feel the burden lift.
